GORDON NOVEL - Brief Biography (Gordon Novel C2C Interview)
…a caustic and outspoken firebrand, is the man behind the intel that inspired this

He has enjoyed a lengthy career as an Electronic Security Expert and Private
Investigator. Since 1993, he has served as the Principal Investigator for the Law
Offices of the Honorable Ramsey Clark, former United States Attorney General.
With Mr. Clark, Mr. Novel’s responsibilities include the supervision of strategic legal
and political plans for both civil and criminal cases, as well as the collection, analysis,
and verification of data from public, private, and secure sources. High-profile cases to
which Mr. Novel contributed directly were Mr. Ramsey’s investigation into the trial of
former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein and Mr. Ramsey’s investigation into the actions
taken by the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms during the final
hours of the Branch Davidians standoff in Waco Texas in 1993. Mr. Novel’s
investigations provided the core forensic backbone of William Gazeki’s authoritative
documentary of that event – “Waco: The Rules of Engagement”.
In 1984, Mr. Novel served as a Private Investigator working with Howard Weitzman
and Donald Re in their successful defense of automaker John Z. DeLorean against
cocaine trafficking charges.
As a professional investigator with an aptitude for collecting information from secure
institutions such as governments and their security services, when Mr. Novel’s
personal interest turned to UFO’s 5 years ago, he was able to glean enough credible
information and documentation to justify the formation of RAM Technologies, LLC.
RAM Technologies is an early stage R&D venture with proprietary (in a legal sense)
technology relating to propellant-less flight and fuel-less electricity generation.
Mr. Novel is widely credited with developing the third largest pavilion, after Ford and
General Motors: the 180,000 sq. ft. Official State of Louisiana's giant Bourbon Street
Pavilion, at the 1964-65 New York World’s Fair. He was 22 years old at the time and
was called an "Entrepreneurial Prodigy & Boy Wonder" in Variety. He was also the
creator developer of the 1984 New Orleans World Expo which contributed many
permanent residual improvements to the city.
