White House
Novel was hired by the White House in 1966, at the time of President Johnson,
under the auspices of the United States Department of State, Office of Security
and Intelligence. William Marvin Watson asked him to install 'Checkmate', an
electronic system Novel himself designed. This system could cause
interference with covert listening devices to such a degree they would cease
to function. This system was intended to be used in case of a national
emergency (e.g. nuclear escalation).
He was asked to work on an ongoing investigation into the assassination of US
President Kennedy by Walter Jenkins (Johnson's top administrative assistant)
and Walter Sheridan (Federal investigator and associate of the Kennedy family).
With the help of his longtime friend Willard E. Robertson, he became Jim
Garrison's chief of security, working in New Orleans. He himself claims that,
during his function as chief of security, he found out that Garrison was
fabricating evidence (e.g. creating fake letters between Lee Harvey Oswald and
Clay Shaw). Novel, in disapproval of Garrison's action, claims to have attempted
to expose him. According to Novel this resulted in a wider conflict, with
Garrison being supported by the FBI. Garrison accused Novel of being a CIA
agent, in an interview for Playboy Magazine. Subsequently, Novel sued Garrison
and Playboy in Federal Court. Later, the FBI has stated that Novel attempted to
fake photographic evidence to link Fidel Castro with the assassination.[2]
Writers like William Torbitt[3] and Paris Flammonde[4] have repeated the
allegations that in 1963 Mr. Novel was a CIA agent who was involved with the
assassination of US President Kennedy, leading even to the speculation that
Novel was the infamous "Umbrella Man" in Dealey Plaza. Novel confirmed to
have been engaged in various activities connected to the CIA, but claims to
have never been an agent but merely has affiliations with the CIA. Regarding
the JFK's assassination Novel has speculated that it was orchestrated by a
larger conspiracy, with Lee Harvey Oswald serving as a patsy. At the time of the
assassination, Novel was 22 years old and in charge of the creation of the
'Bourbon Street Pavilion' for the State of Louisiana at the 1964-65 New York
World’s Fair. He was called an "Entrepreneurial Prodigy & Boy Wonder" in
Variety (magazine) for his accomplishments[5].
[edit] Watergate
Columnist Jack Anderson reported that, Charles Colson asked Novel to build a
degaussing device that could erase copies of the famous Watergate tapes from
a distance, which were stored at a secured location[6]. The plan wasn't enacted,
but Novel was allowed to listen to all the 4004 tapes, which supposedly gave
him knowledge about a whole range of hidden backgrounds. Among these
backgrounds were plans by Nixon administration to hold Senate hearings about
a postmortem on the Vietnam war. Planned for these Senate hearings were
revelations of military involvement into illegal drug trade from the Golden
Triangle, in order to fund alleged secret projects of a powerful covert group.
Regarding the famous 18½ minute gap tape, Novel has recently expressed the
believe that Stephen Bull erased it under the order of H.R. Haldeman, while it
contained sensitive information regarding the John F. Kennedy assassination.
Novel was involved with research into the Waco Siege of 1993, working with
former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark, whom he knew from his time at the
White House. Ramsey Clark had provided legal counsel for the Branch Davidian
leader David Koresh. He speculates that a FLIR tape, made by a FBI Nightstalker
aircraft, indicates serious misconduct, e.g. federal agents firing upon people
inside the compound while they were trying to flee the fire. Novel claims that
former CIA Director William Colby collaborated with him on the research and
discovered evidence of misconduct on the higher levels of command including
the FBI[7].
UFOs
Novel has been involved in the UFO research community and is part of the
'Aviary'; a group of individuals who have worked together on investigations into
the mysteries surrounding UFOs and extraterrestrial contact. Members of the
'Aviary' have varying degrees of national security clearances and have used
bird names as code names to refer to each other[8]. Novel has claimed to be in
a complicated conflict with the alleged secret group Majestic 12[9]. He has been
publicly involved with several scientists, including notable physicist Jack
Sarfatti [1], with the explicit intention of developing theoretical physics that can
explain deployable anti-gravity technology. Novel has called these scientists
the 'Knights Temporal', referring to an anecdote from the book 'Space-Time and
Beyond', written by Sarfatti, Fred Alan Wolf and Bob Toben. Novel is working on
a movie project, with the title "Kingdoms come", with Doug Ivanovich of the
nonprofit organization World Peace One, and David Sarnoff's grandson Danny,
which is supposed to address many of his claims. Early 2010 Novel has made a
book public called 'the Supreme Cosmic Secret'. In it Novel explains in detail his
conflict with the alleged secret group Majestic 12, his take on the theoretical
physics that can explain deployable anti-gravity technology, his theories around
the alleged conspiracy of free energy suppression and the implication of its
possible deployment. [10].
